The United States has the 4th highest numbers of exceed females populationof 3.41 million only behind Russian Federation, Brazil and Japan. Women outnumber men by a ratio of 2-to-1 in age group 90-99 years and ratio of 3-to-1 for centenarians. The sex ratio at birth is 104.9 boys per 100 girls.
